Thank you so much for your mail and apologies for my tardiness in not letting you know how the event went! Awesome is the word – everything went smoothly – the client loved the frames and the whole thing was beyond expectations.  Please thank everyone who worked so hard on making the frames and showing how innovative they can be!  Just to give you a heads up – our event next year is in Johannesburg and we may well call on you to handle the frames again in a similar format!!  Will keep you posted as I know it was a lot of hard work and I would prefer that you know well in time.  Thanks once again for excellent service and I hope that the “flag” frame becomes one of your standard offerings – it looked so good!

Just to let you know the journal's arrived this afternoon....

You are right - they are absolutely lovely - far nicer than I expected and the wood engraving looks fantastic (thank you for recommending that we do it on the wood).

I would also like to say that I have been so impressed with the customer service you have given CCL - there were no problems, everything was delivered as promised and the communication and feedback was detailed, polite and extremely prompt. Without doubt, some of the best service I have ever received.
